Your Contacts Are Safe

• Backing up protects you from data loss
• Application saves three latest backups in a backup directory, and deletes older ones
• Should any data loss or corruption occur (due to power outage and similar), application will try to repair the database.
• If  that fails application will restore the database to the latest backup (if available)

It’s Up To You

• You choose when to backup your data
• It’s best to do It before any large bulk operations
• After you have been using the application for a while, It’s a good practice to compact your data
• Compacting a database deletes any empty space that is not used
